Women’s Sports Training Initiative in Cooperation with Vilnius Boxing Club

On May 5 in Vilnius, a new initiative was launched in cooperation with Vilnius Boxing Club — sports training sessions for women aimed at supporting physical and emotional well-being through sport and shared interaction.

The first training session was attended by the team of the Women’s Issues Information Center. The program combined elements of functional and fitness training, basic boxing exercises, as well as practices focused on emotional release, restoring inner balance, and providing an opportunity through movement to feel greater freedom, confidence, and inner energy.

The initiative was created as a space where sport becomes not only a form of physical activity, but also a way to restore personal resources, relieve everyday stress, and support psychological well-being. In today’s fast-paced environment, it is especially important to create spaces where people can focus on their personal state, regain emotional balance, and experience support through movement, interaction, and shared experience.

For Z.O.D.D.I.A.K., supporting projects of this kind is part of a broader approach to developing sport as a socially important space that helps people find inner balance, strengthen self-confidence, and build an environment of openness, trust, and human connection.

We believe that initiatives like these play an important role in building healthy and strong communities, where sport supports not only physical health, but also creates opportunities for personal growth, emotional recovery, and the development of a sense of inner freedom.
